I had purchased a new Motorola Moto G 5g and they installed Android 15 on my phone before they did this my phone worked perfect and now I can't do a thing it took me all day just to get here if that tells you anything that's awful. They should be made to replace phones fix them something why would you put a software that bad into someone's phone

Assistance with complete system failures
- Security losses occurred with Android, Motorola, and Google.
- Verizon services installed via Play Store with permissions, and accounts overridden.
Android is just one of a long list of failures as far as system security went. Motorola allowed every app in my device to be cloned, not overridden.
Google, the same thing. The Play Store allowed my Verizon services to install themselves in my device, called all the apps, turned on 100% open permissions, and I have gotten zero assistance, none from my experience that I've had to go through with my Visible by Verizon. My carrier, my Verizon service, has overridden all the accounts. Cloning this was allowed to happen, and nobody saw a thing.
They still tell me everything is okay. Would I ever buy another Motorola device after the treatment I received? Probably not. If I didn't have to go to Google or any of that stuff for the rest of my life, it wouldn't be fast enough.
This is a nightmare. Facebook, 30 plus IP addresses running through this device right now, and our accounts that aren't mine that I can't do anything with.

Preferred solution: I have asked for over three weeks or longer for help changing my backpack color on my texts and messages back to blue. I did not reset them it changed on its own. Not happy with my phone's condition whatsoever

Total breakdown of all security measures provided by Google meta Motorola Android and anybody else it's involved including Gmail

this is over 72 days and I haven't been able to get any response from anybody I've been no other multiplication numbers with Gmail with Google security not one response not one return email text message or anything else I'm just putting that out there just I know I can't be the only one
I apologize for the long one there trying to speak to anybody is almost impossible visible zero assistance their chatbots are compromised I know this because I was being bounced all over the place and had six on at the same time and I knew something was up. my visible device and accounts were imported to my Verizon services I still pay visible by Verizon but there is accounts parsley in my name with the email and personally another email and phone number I have no idea but I can't access them because I don't know the password.
there are over 30 active IP addresses running through this device through m Facebook through facebook.com simultaneously there are several devices to in Syracuse New York two in Albany Schenectady New York 350 mi away from where I'm standing right now I'm getting no assistance. Google plays chat tech line compromise as well phone calls emails text him interfered with intercepted.
when I discovered the cloned apps there was a distinctive marker on the clone ones that I was able to figure out I tried to uninstall I tried to force that and they turn themselves back on I have approximately 600 plus screenshots that I would love to share with somebody that might be able to help me come out of shut this down I can't believe that all of Google Android Motorola Gmail all their hot talk about security has been overridden and they don't see it. please I'll take any assistance I can get thank you

I do not care for your scoped storage...

- I want access to /Android/data and to edit it.
- I feel condescended to and want access restored.
I do not care for your scoped storage and other limitations. I paid 2,500 dollars for my phone and EVERYTHING on it.
If I want to open my /Android/data folder and edit it, that is my *** right as the owner.
If you'd like to give the "To protect your privacy, we recommend using another location" message as a warning, that's fine. What you don't have the right to do is force me to use another location. That is disgusting behaviour and that behaviour is disrespectful to your users.
How dare you imply that I am too stupid to know what I am doing? How dare you be so condescending?
When I bought MY PHONE, I bought the entire thing, not part of it. Give me back access into MY PHONE.
